For multi-family properties, start by adding the property and indicating how many units are associated. Then, add each unit under that property.
For single-family homes, the unit is created automatically when you add the property. No additional unit entry is required.
This structure organizes your inventory and ensures accurate reporting, availability, and billing.

You can add as many tags as needed to the property, unit, contact, and documents. Tags might include labels like Smart Stay, school rating, neighborhood, or local hospital.

- Client or Account Tags:
